Acorn Press offers a broad spectrum of services to our clients. Having both Digital and Offset facilities means we are well-equipped to deliver all your printing needs. Material product ranges from digitally printed business cards, personalised marketing material, to high-end annual reports, brochures, catalogues and customised point-of-sale.

To add to Acorn Press’s Heidelberg 6 Colour and 2 Colour Offset presses, a Fuji Xerox 800 Digital Press was recently installed. This Fuji Xerox machine has the capacity to not only print in 4 colour but also has the capability to print a clear ink, giving a varnish and spot UV varnish effect. This benefits our client by being able to provide a finish that in the past has been an expensive outsourced service.

Acorn’s Fuji Xerox 800 also has the capability to personalise and to print variable data and barcodes including QC Codes.

Unlike many of our competitors, almost all our services are provided in-house. This not only ensures the highest quality control but also guarantees the best possible turnarounds. Our in-house capabilities include die-cutting, collating, drilling, hand-work, celloglazing, binding and warehousing.
